To reserve a spot, please pay your fee online or mail check/money order to EEVB at PO Box 49, Hampton Bays, NY 11946. Include child's name, age, clinic site and night.

Please note that online registrations without payments will not be considered complete. Either pay using the credit card option or send an email saying you have mailed a check. • Please note that if you pay with a credit card there is a $25 service added for each transaction. Avoid the credit card fee by mailing check.
• $25 LATE FEE for entries paid after first night of program. Players who sign up late make it harder for us to insure we have the proper # of coaches. We have added a late fee this year to minimize that problem this year.
