To reserve a spot, please pay your fee online or mail check/money order to EEVB at PO Box 49, Hampton Bays, NY 11946. Include child's name, age, clinic site and night.

Please note that online registrations without payments will not be considered complete. Either pay using the credit card option or send an email saying you have mailed a check.
