Beach Doubles Rev Coed Tournament

Check In at 9:00 am. Game starts by 9:30 am.

COVID Safety

·        All players  must check-in with the attached COVID screening completed Do not put your name on the form. Answers that indicate No will not be permitted to play. Covid form located here: https://reopeningri.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/COVID19_Screening_Tool_English-NEW.pdf?189db0&189db0

• ·        All player stations must be spread out a minimum of 6 feet apart on the outer grass areas only. No materials can be stationed at the sand or on the inner edges of the courts.
• ·       Only athletes and court refs are permitted on the sand. Coaches and parents may not. Any coach or parent on the sand without permission will be required to leave the event.
• ·        Sanitizer will beat every court and is to be used prior to each set. Players may use their own sanitizer if needed.
• ·        Use a mask when approaching the check-in table.

Location: 90 Airport Road,Rotary Park, Westerly, RI [Across from the Westerly Airport and 90 Airport Road)

The courts are located near a nice park that does allow dogs on a leash. There are many stores nearby such as Stop and Shop and CVS for any last-minute needs.  

 
Adult Tourney Cost: $50 per team  

Checks can be made out to Westerly Volleyball Association

Venmo is Westerly Volleyball Association

Format: Round robin pool play followed by playoffs.  

Prize Information:

Adults

1rst: Cash and swag

2nd: swag (assuming at least a 3-team play-off)

3^rd:Selected swag (assuming 5 or more team play-off)

If your format is not available, message me. We reserve based on capacity but can adjust to demand.

Remember, when you support WVA you are supporting a volunteer, non-paid group, to raise funds for the Rotary Park courts and leagues and tourneys funding.
