This event will be limited space event due to staying within cdc guidelines for the covid - 19 epidemic.  This is an AVP America sanctioned event, we will be hosting our 14s / 18s on Saturday June 6th in this event and our 16s / 12s and Mens AA on Sunday June 7th.  Players can play up a division if they want to play and register for both days, it will just be limited to # of participants per court.  Our club house will be locked down for this event after check in, but we will have portable toilet with hand sanitizer available, and bathroom will be wiped down every hour.  We will ask that there be no hand shakes or high fives on side switches and we ask that parents respect social distancing as well.  We have acres of open space at this facility and tents are allowed as long as they are staked down.  Coolers are allowed as well, we just ask you please pick up after yourself.  Outdoor hose/shower available and fresh water.  Check in will be at 7:15am for our 14s division, player meeting shortly after and play start by 7:30/45am. 18s will check in at 1:30pm and we will start shortly after.  Sunday our 16s will check in at 7:30am and we will start pool play shortly after.  Our 12s, and Mens AA division will check in at 1:30pm and start shortly after.  Junior Boys are encouraged to play Mens AA. This event will be pool play followed by single elim bracket play.  We may end up making this playoff bracket two divisions (Gold and Silver), but for now we are planning to have everyone come out to Gold.  Depending on how fast pool play moves will determine how many games we play in playoffs.  You must have an AVP America membership for this event.  Go to AVP America website and register if you dont have one, and select club affiliation. We will email out anyone registered with more info as we get closer to the tournament date.  We will be awarding medals and alot of great prizes for this event.   Our last event sold out, so register quickly to ensure your spot.
