THE SANDBOX is proud to announce the our facility is fully operational and ready to run or Winter Series tournaments. 

AA Check In - 10:00

NOTE: All registering teams MUST have two (2) Players listed, and BOTH Players MUST have a VALID Volley America membership, at the time of registration. Any team registered as a 1-Player team (no Player 2 listed), or any team registered with Player(s) not having a valid AVP America membership, will be removed from the Entry List without notice or recourse.

REGISTER and pay through the AVP America web site:

- $80* per team

- $15** annual AVP America membership required for each participant.

- We will leave a max of three net open for registration till Wednesday before (can be earlier if deemed appropriate by TD), then we will open a new level tourney for third court. 

FORMAT:

- Doubles (2X2)

- Pool play with single elimination finals. (amount of playoff teams, play-ins, tiebreakers, and game point amount is up to TD discretion based on time limits)

DIVISIONS*:

- Intermediate (B)

- Skilled (A)

- Advanced (AA)

- Open (O) - highest level

*Divisions may be combined at the discretion of the tournament coordinator.

SCHEDULE:

10:00 pm – AA division checkin (if both divisions equal three nets we will move up to morning start, please have captains check email and facebook for updates)

10:30 pm - 1st match start 

3:45 pm – estimated time that final matches will occur

*will be running accelerated format, shorter warmup times, and must start first match (including ref team) or point penalties will be enforced. 

NUMBER OF TEAMS:

- The Sandbox Facility: 3 net maximum, 15 teams maximum per division

- Divisions filled on first-come, first-served basis

- Advance registration and payment is REQUIRED to guarantee your team spot!

- Walk-ons will be accommodated as able.

PRIZES:

- 2 Hour Court Rental Awarded & $250 minimum prize purse for Open divisions with 10 or more teams in the division. Deductions from the prize purse total for each team under 10 will take place.

- Merchandise, sponsor prizes and beach volleyball essentials available to all divisions at the discretion of the tournament coordinator.
