Registration Process:

• An AVP membership is required in order to participate in this tournament.  The membership can be obtain on the following link:  AVP Membership Page.
• Nona Sports can assist you obtaining the AVP membership for a $10 service fee.
• Submit the tournament entry fee via Zelle to 407-234-0323 with the "Player's Name" and "Tournament Date" description on the transaction.
• Tournament Entry Fees & Registration dates:
• $30/player, if paid no later than 9:00pm EST on the Tuesday prior to the scheduled tournament. 
• $40/player, if paid after 9:00pm EST on the Tuesday prior to the scheduled tournament.
• By registering on the AVP America website and submitting the tournament entry fee for this tournament; the participant (or the participant's guardian) gives consent to the participant to participate in this Nona Sports/Nona Beach sponsored event and/or program; in accordance with the Waiver and Release of Liability, Covid-19 Release of Liability and Pictures and Videos Release Acknowledgement described on the following page:  Player Waiver & Release of Liability.

Tournament Format, Wave Times & Additional Information:

• The tournament is instructional in association with game situations.
• Score keeping is optional (not required). The tournament is intended for developmental purposes.
• If score is kept, the sets will be played to 11, 15 or 21 points; win by 2 points, capped at 15, 19 or 25 points, respectively.
• Tournament is scheduled to start at 6:00pm EST and expected to finish by 7:30, no later than 8:00pm.
• Bring water and/or sport drinks
• Bring a great attitude to learn and have fun

Parking, Speed Limit, Refund Policy & Weather Conditions:

1. Please parallel park (Westbound) on the parallel parking available adjacent to East Lake, or parallel park (Eastbound) on the parallel parking available adjacent to the Tennis Courts, and/or parallel park (Eastbound) on the parallel parking adjacent to the Pickleball Courts.
2. ***PLEASE*** NO PARKING AT THE VILLAS AT EAST PARK TOWNHOMES***
3. ***PLEASE*** NO PARKING ON LANE DISTRICT LANE (except for the parallel parking, adjacent to East Lake)***
4. No refunds available after 9:00pm EST on the Tuesday before the scheduled tournament.
5. If the tournament is cancelled due to weather, the tournament entry fee will be credited towards the next available Nona Sports Beach Volleyball Tournament.
6. The organization will monitor and evaluate the weather until 3:00pm EST on the day of scheduled tournament and will determined by then if the scheduled tournament will be postponed or cancelled.  The AVP america website will be updated accordingly, no later than 3:00pm EST on the day of the scheduled tournament.  If the tournament is postponed or cancelled, the tournament entry fee will be credit towards the next available Nona Sports Beach Volleyball Tournament on either Tuesday and/or Thursday.

COVID Guidelines:

1. Players and Spectators are to maintain social distances whenever possible.
2. Spectators are to set up canopies with 6 feet of distance or more.
3. If the Players and/or Spectators have experienced, within the past 7 days, or are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please do not participate in this event.  Let's be SAFE for your and OTHERS. (The tournament fee will be credited for the next available Nona Sports tournament)
4. Please bring hand sanitizer to be used often during the event.
5. Please bring your face masks to be utilized whenever social distance is not possible.
