Until Oct 4, complete teams with the highest AVP points will be accepted. Complete teams have a bid, are paid, and are listed with two players.  Incomplete teams will not be considered in the initial entry list. After Oct 4, teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Tournament Age Requirements:

• 18U: Athletes graduating high school in 2024 or later.
• 17U: Athletes graduating high school in 2025 or later.
• 16U: Athletes graduating high school in 2026 or later.
• 15U: Athletes graduating high school in 2027 or later.
• 14U: Athletes graduating high school in 2028 or later.
• 12U: Athletes graduating high school in 2030 or later.

• Boys 18U & 16U: 24 teams/division
• Boys 14U & Girls 12U: 12 teams/division
• Girls 18U, 16U & 14U: 64 teams/division

Schedule: All divisions/teams will play 3 days. Day 3: only 1 match guaranteed

Friday, November 24 - Pool Play

• Start Time: 8 am, all divisions

Sunday, November 26 - Playoffs

• Start Time: 8 am
• Check BracketPal for your team’s first assignment (click Court Grid View and select Show Team Names)
• Playoff brackets will be posted on BracketPal

How to Qualify:

• Bids can be earned at all 1-star, 2-star and higher events from July 1, 2022 - November 19, 2022
• Bid winners can play with any partner of their choice.
• Only one partner per team is required to have earned a bid.
• Bids are not age specific. Players can compete in any age group as long as they have not aged out based on our Junior Age Requirements (see above).
• For example, if you win a bid in 12U, but based on your high school graduation year, you’re now required to play 14U, your bid is still valid. You do not need to earn another bid in 14U. But you must compete in 14U at this event based on your grad year.
• Until Oct 4, teams with the highest AVP points will be accepted. After Oct 4, teams will be accepted on a first-come come, first-serve basis.
• Players will be required to compete in their respective divisions at the time of the event (see Tournament Age Requirements above).

Entry Fees:

• Boys 18U, 16U & 14U: $200/team
• Girls 18U, 16U & 14U: $300/team
• All 12s: $150/team

Dress Code:

• Uniforms are not required. However, matching color bottoms and tops are encouraged.
• All athletes are REQUIRED to wear a top that covers your midsection when standing, and full coverage bottoms.

Check-in: coaches will report to the AVP Staff tent (center court area) to check-in (pickup credentials) each day
