Beginner Doubles Tournament

Players in first year of competing and are new to volleyball

Divisions: Boys 18 & Under; Boys 16 & Under; Boys 14 & Under; Boys 12 & Under; Girls 16 & Under; Girls 14 & Under; Girls 12 & Under;

Additional Information:

For beginning beach double players only.

This is a learning event that will be refed by player and an adult referee so player may learn the rules of the game.

Hand sets are encouraged and will be called loose depending on the skill level of the player,
No over the net pushes
no open hand receives using fingertips
first ball over the net may be doubled, meaning hands do not need to be together on an overhead receive and ball may have double contact in made a single motion
No tipping attacks, this means players may not use their fingertips in an attack.

We follow AVP/ USAV Beach Rules. For more information on Beach Rules, please check out AVP-Rulebook.
Boys and Girls 12s and 14s will check in Saturday 9AM.
Boysand Girls 16 and 18s, will check in Sunday 9AM.
Please note- if we have a lot of one agedivision, I may need to switch to waves. (AM Wave: Check in 9AM and PM Wave:Check in 3 PM)
