CHECK-IN and tournament info:

• Saturday & Sunday 8:00 am to 8:45 am on The Softball Field***
• Captains Meeting at 8:45 am*** Tournament Begins at 9:00 am***
• Tournament Officials reserve the right to Combine Divisions, NO SANDBAGGING!!
• We will be following AVP Grass Rules for officiating the games!
• Pool Play- If there are more than 6 teams top two of each net make playoffs. Under 6 teams, then everyone makes playoffs.
• Pool Play -  2 games to 11 (Pottstown Format: Big Court, Side Out Scoring, No Let Serves ) ***Could be changed day of pending # of teams.***
• Playoffs - Opening Rounds 1 Set to 11, Semifinals/Finals match play 2/3 (3rd set to 7), Single Elimination
• Grass Tournaments use OPTX as the official Game Ball!!
• Please do not be late. Any team that is not on time for their first match will forfeit their match.***

mENS AA: 1ST PLACE = $300 cASH , 2ND PLACE = $150 CASH

COED AA: 1ST PLACE = $300 CASH , 2ND PLACE = $150 CASH

aLL OTHER DIVISONS WILL RECIEVE THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:
