Tournament Format

Pool Play Rounds followed by Bracket Play

Tournament Waves:

Saturday 6/24

Girls 16/12u 8:30am Check in, 9am Start

Boys 16/12u 8:30am Check in, 9am Start

Girls 18/14u 11:30am Check in, 12pm Start

Boys 18/14u 11:30pm Check in, 12pm Start

AVP Junior Age Requirements: The following brackets are valid through 9/1/2023.

18U: Athletes graduating high school in 2023 or later
16U: Athletes graduating high school in 2025 or later
14U: Athletes graduating high school in 2027 or later
12U: Athletes graduating high school in 2029 or later

What to Bring to our Beach Tournaments:

1. Our facility is Outdoor so dress accordingly!

2. Water bottle

3. Beach towel

4. Ball is optional (we have plenty)

5. Chairs, Umbrellas, and Canopies are welcome!

Please remember to throw away your trash.

NO GLASS PLEASE!

More Details:

• Coaching only allowed during timeouts/tech and between sets (Coaches must check in with team)

• 1 timeout per set + technical at 21 points

• 5 minute warm up between matches

• Pool play, followed by single elimination playoffs

AVP Membership FAQs

AVP MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED TO PLAY. AVP Memberships are valid for a full calendar year, check link here to verify if your membership is valid or expired:

If you or and your athlete do not have an AVP membership please follow these step by step instructions below and please note you will need 2 separate email addresses (one for the parent and one for the junior):

1. Parents, first Create a Basic (free) membership for yourself here https://avp.com/membership-sign-up/.Create a password and use your own email address and info for this. You need a parent account to manage any Juniors.

2. Next once on your own main parent profile page, https://avp.com/member-profile/, click the menu item that says Linked Accounts, then select "Create linked account", this will be to create and link your Juniors AVP account.

3. Select Silver Membership ($25), it’s good for 1 year.

4. Then enter your child's information. You will need to use a different email address than the one you used to create your own free parent account. We suggest using a spouse email or your own second email address because all communications & a temporary password will be sent to this email address once your juniors account is created. Many juniors don’t check their emails!

5. Follow the prompts to complete the membership, then please check the email address you used to create your Juniors account for a temporary password and save that password or change it once you login.
