The P1440 Triple Crown tournament Series is an exciting event for beach volleyball enthusiasts, featuring three scheduled events across 2 different locations in the United States. The first event will take place on April 29-30, 2023, at the Volleyball Beach Ozark in Springfield, Missouri. The second event will be held on June 17-18, 2023, at VOLLIS Beach in Nashville, Tennessee. Finally, the third event Tennesse State Championship will take place on July 23-24, 2023 at VOLLIS Beach! These tournaments will bring together some of the best beach volleyball players in the country to compete for the Triple Crown title, and are sure to be a thrilling experience for players and spectators alike.

Divisions with fewer than 5 teams registered 48 hours prior to check in will be combined. Register early!!!!

TIMES

Check in: 9:00-9:20am BOTH players must be on site before the team can check in. Late or incomplete teams will not play. No refund.
Play starts: by 9:30am
Coolers, Waters and Sports Drinks are allowed in the facility. No Alcohol permitted!

FORMAT

Pool Play + Single Elimination Playoffs. (Teams from the same pool MIGHT compete against each other in Playoffs!)
In playoffs, teams are REQUIRED to stay & ref the next game/match after they lose. That is expected and part of participating in tournament play.

CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS / REFUNDS

Registrations cancelled by Thursday of tournament week at 8pm are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after Thursday at 8pm are not refunded.
It is up to one of the team members to withdraw the team from the tournament. 'Withdrawing' prior to 8pm on Thursday automatically prompts a full refund.
Regardless of whether or not a refund is available, registered teams who are not able to participate are expected to communicate that information to VOLLIS as early as possible. info@vollisbeach.com
A no-show is defined as withdrawing from a tournament fewer than 8 hours before check-in via email, in person or over the phone.
If a registered team no-shows, both players will not be permitted to participate in the next Juniors tournament at VOLLIS.
If a team or player no-shows more than once in a calendar year, the player(s) will not be permitted to participate in the following 4 tournaments (may including tourneys the following calendar year).
If a team must withdraw on the 'day of a tournament' please text Jay Dorsey 615.930.9522 and if necessary he or the director will return your call!

**FACILITY POLICIES** Please read now, so there is no need to weep later!

**DOGS** are allowed AT VOLLIS BEACH facility MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES. Doggie parents are 100% responsible for CLEANING UP after their fur babies! The Poop Patrol is watching you! Violators will not be permitted to bring their pooch back. Dogs that bark incessantly or appear aggressive will not be allowed to remain at or in the facility ~ regardless of whether or not their hooman parent is playing in the tournament!

**CHILDREN** MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. Unattended children are not allowed to order from the snack bar.

**PARKING** @VOLLIS Please use our LOWER PARKING LOT fenced in parking lots BEFORE parking at the above parking lot! If parking on the street, DO NOT Park directly behind JBS pourhouse facility that parking is designated for workers! neighbor's driveways

**TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR** Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust any aspect of the tournament or tournament play before or during the tournament and without prior notice.

**PLAYER CONDUCT** Any player, spectator, coach or parent who displays poor sportsmanship will be removed from the premises immediately. This includes but is not limited too; yelling at refs, players, tournament officials, other parents or coaches, kicking balls, cursing, threatening physical violence in any way or being generally obnoxious.
