Tournament Structure: Play will begin at 9:00 AM and check-in will open at 8:15 AM. Divisions will consist of pool play and an elimination bracket play. All pools will be sent to AVP registration emails by 9:00 PM the night before competition (pools are subject to change).

Spectator Entry Fee: $5 cash or $6 credit. Children five and under will be free. Tickets will be sold on-site only. 

Parking: We are excited to offer FREE parking with optional shuttle from parking lot directly to courts. 

Pet Policy: No pets, with exception to registered service animals, will be allowed within the gated court area at Sports Edge Beach.

Concession: Concession options will be available on-site. No outside alcohol is permitted in the facility. Select alcoholic beverages will be for sale at concession. Please bring plenty of water (water will be available for sale at the concession area). 

Coaches: All coaches for teams must be approved by the tournament director prior to the day of tournament and only approved coaches will be allowed in the sand. If you wish to coach a team, please reach out to Daniel Magnusson at beachvbadmin@thesportsedge.com with the coach's name(s), coach's AVP membership number(s), and the names of the team(s) that will be coached. Approved coaches will be given a coaching wristband at check-in.
