• Check-in and be paid up by 8:45am, games begin at 9:00am

• Wilson Optix Gameball will be used for all games.
• AVP Silver membership is required!
• Divisions will all require at least 4 teams to compete!

• $75/team

Prizes:

• 60% Payout to all division winners, the more teams that sign up, the bigger the purse!
• Cash Prize for 2nd place in any division with more than eight teams competing!
• Eyecandy Sunglasses and gift cards to District 5 will be given to select winners!
• Wilson Mini-Optx balls to all winners!
• Player after party, hosted by District 5!
