Our second of two club doubles showdowns dates this summer. The tournament runs as a normal junior doubles tournament (any juniors teams can sign up). At the end we'll add up all the AVP points earn by teams associated with a club and award a tournament victory to the club with the most points! 

Doubles (2 vs 2)

Players must sign up with a partner. You are allowed to enter in the age group of the oldest member of your team, or older. Teams compete together through pool play and playoffs! Divisions and pools will be determined by the TD to offer a fun and challenging day for all teams. 

Divisions

The following divisions are available for girls. 

Girls: 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U

The following divisions are available for boys.

Boys: 14U, 16U, 18U

Timing

Player check-in 9:30-9:45. Tournaments usually completed by early to mid-afternoon. 

Additional Information:

Located at the Beagle Club in Charlton MA, the largest beach facility in New England! 14 brand new sand volleyball courts. The Beagle Club has limited food service. Outside food and drink (non-alcohol) is ok. There is plenty of parking on site, but we encourage carpooling on tournament weekends. BRING YOUR DOG! Prizes awarded to the winning team of each division. Bids to all AVP four-star events in 2022 awarded to top two finishing teams in each qualifying division. Division must have at least five teams to qualify for a bid.

Entry fee is $60/team ($30 per player). No refunds can be granted unless either your division is cancelled or the tournament is full and a team is able to take your place off of the wait list.

Each player will need an AVP America Silver membership or higher to register ($25/year, good for all AVP America tournaments).

Official Age Group Definitions

18-AND-UNDER DIVISION: 

Players who were born on or after September 1, 2003

- OR -

Players who were born on or after September 1, 2002 AND a high school student in the 12th grade or below during some part of the current academic year

16-AND-UNDER DIVISION:

Players who were born on or after September 1, 2005

14-AND-UNDER DIVISION:
