Here is what you need to know about this event:

Start Time: Physical checkin from 8:15 to 8:45, players meeting at 9 sharp. Play starts just after. Please also watch for online checkin the day before. Only one person per team needed for online and physical checkins.
Singles: You can sign up as a single, then use the system to update your registration later with your partner. How To guide here at this link. This makes it easier to hold a spot, and gives us a transparent system to allow for singles to find partners, or at least know who is no longer single. Many singles consolidate together later, reducing the list size. So if you are signing up late and it would seem to be full, keep this in mind.
2 star AVP event: Check the AVP program guide here for more info about bids. This means we will give out 4 bids for 1st, 2nd and two 3rd
