COVID Safety

Check-In
A check-in tent is located near Court 1 with an AVP banner at the bench.
· Check in soon as you arrive as a team
· Be in line for check in as soon as your team arrives
· Check in with your team fee ($50) and COVID forms ready and completed
· Check in will end at 10 minutes prior to start time (non-checked in teams that are not in line will be deleted from the event)
Venmo is preferred to limit unnecessary contact @Westerly Volleyball Association. Checks can be made out to Westerly Volleyball Association.
Format
Pool play format based on final registration at check-in. Snake seeding will be used based on AVP America signup ranking.
Prizing (assuming more than 5 teams per division)
1st: Choice of WVA Swag and Cash
2nd: Selected WVA Swag
3rd: Selected WVA Swag
5 teams or fewer will prize 1st and 2nd only.
Play Schedule
Check in: 9 am - Start time 9:30 am
Division availability will be adjusted to demand. Playoff format may be adjusted to for time.
Cost
$50 per team
Checks can be made out to Westerly Volleyball Association and cash are accepted at registration.
Venmo is Westerly Volleyball Association.
Location
90 Airport Road, Rotary Park, Westerly, RI[Across from the Westerly Airport and 90 Airport Road)
The courts are located near a nice park that does allow dogs on a leash. There are many stores nearby such as Stop and Shop and CVS for any last-minute needs.
Two porta potties are on site, located at the back of the tennis courts.
Ball
This event requires Wilson beach volleyball (AVP yellow/white official ball, NCAA, or OPTX)

Waitlisted teams are not individually contacted of status. Use the Avp America registration detail to track if your team has moved into the event.
Partner not listed?
Teams without a listed partner will dropped at close of registration. No exceptions will be made.
