THIS TOURNAMENT WILL BE RUN ON AN INDOOR TURF

**** TOURNAMENT INFO ****

The tournament is capped at 20 teams total for open and AA divisions. All registered teams must pay by April 14th at midnight. If you are not paid by then, your team will be replaced with the waitlist teams. Wednesday we will be making the pools and if you are not paid we will contact a team on the wait list to fill that spot.

Please arrive and sign in between 12-12:30 pm and be ready to play by 1 pm. There will be pool play followed by playoffs with cash prizes for both divisions. Please move quickly through pool play games as we need to be finished by 8 pm.

**** IMPORTANT UPDATE DUE TO COVID-19 ****

REGISTRATION - THERE WILL BE NO WALK ONS AND NO PAYMENT ON SITE. You must register and pay via venmo @turfsupvolleyvall ($80/team), the Wednesday before the tournament.

CHECK IN - Check in is from 12-12:30 PM, if you check in late there will be a $5 venmo charge. There will be no more morning announcement where we call everyone up. You will have to remember your net, and at 1 PM we ask that players start heading to the court and begin play.

FACE MASKS - You will need to wear face masks at anytime you are in the facility. The turf is near the front door which can be used to get air during the tournament.

TENTS - There is no space for tents and chairs on the turf, however there is an area next to the turf with chairs and tables.

FOOD/DRINIKS/GARBAGE - You are responsible for whatever you bring in. Food cannot be eaten on the turf but can be eaten at the tables next to the turf and in the bar area. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING IN ALCOHOL. There will be a bar set up near the turf. Only water and sports drinks are allowed on the turf.

EQUIPMENT - Bring your own balls we will not be providing balls for players. Also please bring your own sanitizer.

PRIZES - Cash payouts for Open and AA. Cash payouts are based on number of teams in each division.
